mail it to the above address together with payment by check or money

PURCHASE ONLINE BY CREDIT CARD VIA PAYPAL (no Paypal account required).
You can pay with your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) — if you wish,
all without having a PayPal account. This is a two-part process. First, you submit your order here online.
Then, we email you a confirmation of your order, and Paypal
sends you an invoice (request for payment), directing you to the
secure Paypal website where you will make your payment. After
you do so, Paypal will notify you, and us as well, that your
payment has been completed. |

You can submit your order to us
right away for payment by PayPal. However, in the second
step of this two-part process when you actually pay for
your order at PayPal's website, you must either already
have a PayPal account or apply for one at that time. This
allows you to make secure online payments using your
credit card. PayPal will notify us when your payment has
been received. Personal Paypal Accounts are free;
registration is simple and only takes a few minutes.
